Battle of the Books

Beat the summertime heat with Peru Mall and The Radio Group’s Battle of the Books. The Battle of the Books takes place every Thursday through July 16, from 11 AM until Noon in center court. This rocking reading program features a different themed collection of stories read by a different radio personality each week and is open to children of all ages.

This years topics are:

July 9: Magical Story Week read by Sloppy Joe (WALS)

July 16: Animals That Talk read by Qdawg (The Q)

IVCH Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure Screening

The next IVCH blood glucose and pressure screening event with be Tuesday, July 7 from 8 AM - 8:45 AM.

WII Game System Give-Away

Starting July 8, 2009 stop by Customer Service in center court for your entry to win a Nintendo Wii game system which includes system console, 2nd controller and Wii Fit. Wii Fit is a combination of fitness and fun, designed for everyone, young and old. By playing Wii Fit a little every day, you, your friends, and your family can work towards personal goals of better health and fitness. Winner will be drawn on Friday July 17, 2009 at 1 PM in center court.
